It was a little weird doing everything over the phone or on the computer.
The initial loan officer was extremely helpful, informative and responsive. The loan process was also very good but a bit cumbersome (redundant) and less responsive at times. That said, the overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend PennyMac to others.
Every part of my experience was pretty much seamless!

Sandi was awesome and very respectful of our situation (my husband and I working long hours and having very little free time). She made it quick and easy and was polite and friendly through a few challenges. We highly recommend her and we have always had a great experience with Pennymac. I do actually recommend Pennymac to friends and family often. We did have one major problem though, that had nothing to do PM or Sandi.
