They fail to communicate there errors to me. I tried many & many times to reach Brianna & the lender. I was just told they would follow up with me which they never did. I’m very happy at myself for carefully reviewing the CD & noticing the errors. At one point I was going to cancel loan if they didn’t follow up with me. Overall I wasn’t satisfied. I would not recommend PennyMac to anyone.

Suzanne and Calid were very professional and knowledgeable. They made my application and closing process go smoothly. I would recommend anyone to this company and I would love to do future real estate transactions with Pennymac again
Great communication.
I was very pleased with the first lady I talked with, Kathy but Edna seemed to not be as well informed about what was going on with my loan when she would call me! I had to send employment verification 2 or 3 times and she said I would need a witness at final signing and I did not! Overall she was nice & polite but just not well informed I felt. Kat Runyon
Too many people in the loop and out of the loop. I received contradictory information through the entire process. Not really any individual’s fault but still extremely frustrating.
