The process was fast and efficient. Communication was flexible having the option of calling and/or emailing. Appraiser agent was very quick to reach and arrange appointment. Sandi was awesome and very respectful of our situation (my husband and I working long hours and having very little free time). She made it quick and easy and was polite and friendly through a few challenges. We highly recommend her and we have always had a great experience with Pennymac. I do actually recommend Pennymac to friends and family often. We did have one major problem though, that had nothing to do PM or Sandi.
