The online portal is great for submitting docs, but it had duplicates on there at times and I was requested docs in email that I had already submitted on the portal. Just need to clean up that process and it will be a slam dunk. thanks.

Anna was great. I think the process behind the scenes and lack of communication within the department may have held things up. I understand things happen and there are a lot of people buying homes right now. Overall I am satisfied.
