Jessica Raynor was fine, and no issues with the service she provided. My Loan Officer told me there wasn't going to be a hard inquiry on my credit, yet there was. He told me there wasn't a need to do all this extra paper work because of the VA IRRL, which would make it quick. It was no different than any other loan and I should have shopped around. He didn't disclose the origination fee when we first talked about the quote, and then told me to not pay attention to any disclosures as they were "just estimates" and were all... read more
