There were a few hiccups along the way but Grace and her manager Paul were PHENOMENAL in getting things back on track and closed on time. That said, everything started with James (Travis) and his superb follow up over the past year. Collectively those three made the experience worth while. Can’t thank them enough, hopefully their hard work rewarded when raises and bonuses come around :). Truly, I am grateful we got it done!

The closing process needs to be communicated better, we signed the documents a full week ago and still no communication from PENNYMAC. Please communicate more and more clearly.

The weekly check-ins from Edna kept us informed about the movement of the process. It is really important that you work with the same person throughout the process, especially if there is a glitch in the process. You want to deal with that with the same representative.
