We had very low communication, our loan officer was rarely available. Customer service was not good. This is not the first house we have purchased and regretted using a large bank rather than a local loan company this time.
I was very impressed with the whole process. This is my second loan with PennyMac. We are very happy with the service!
when we got to talk to Tanairy it was great, she was out of the office in classes dearing this time, had some issues with other people not knowing what was going on.
Every day was a request for something else, I was lied to about legibility of downloads and the process dragged on forever.
The communication and understanding of my situation, was very nice.
