The request for more information came from lean folks - not Edna - she did her best to work with us and kept us up to date - the additional documents delayed closing from 7/12 to 7/23- again no fault of Edna. We have used Pennymac 3 years and will continue to use :)
There was a handful of things I was unsure about the entire time, like what exactly was needed of me... also questions that were email and never replied to... an entire document was missing from my closing and I had to meet up again... I love Pennymac but this was a process!
