Keep Jackie Scgro throughout Why did u change her? I had to repeat and duplicate stuff. I was inconvenienced and do was PENNYMAC. Dumb of PENNYMAC I’m American and I speak English. Thanks though.
Tanairy was very professional, quick, efficient, and a great communicator. She facilitated a smooth process from end to end and closing was on time despite a scheduling issue on the seller's side. I am very happy with the level of care and service received.

Process team did a great job. But not sure who is responsible for disclosure changes over 2 time with wrong info. And it is frustrating when loan officer says, I'm not sure who changed it.
