Latrice was great! We did have some communication issues within Pennymac, but none of those issues were her fault and she went out of her way to make sure everything was settled and worked out the way it was supposed to.

I believe it would have been better if all parties that were involved were communicating. The experience was very frustrating to say the least. I know this survey is about Latrice, and not everyone else who had to get involved in our loan process, so I will just say we needed better communicaton.

That Veronica called for the appraisal on time so it didn’t delay my closing and cost me thousands of dollars. Then she lied about it to my wife and her supervisor.

It was not made clear the expense we were paying to receive the rate quoted to us. By the time we figured it out on our own we did not feel it would be the right decision to no longer go through with it but had we known sooner we may have changed our minds. It felt like hidden information to trick us into going through with the refinance.
