Jessica was fantastic, however, before her it was awful. Poor communication, asked for the same documents multiple times, had to answer the same question multiple times and took much much longer than expected.

Darcel was great but all other communication and steps of the process were extremely unorganized and stressful. Asked for the same documents over and over and never listened to me when I would explain why I didn’t have what they needed.

I felt like there was a breakdown in communication between the behind the scenes folks and Linda Frazier. Linda was very pleasant and helpful. I don't felt like she was updated before she called me a couple of times.

A very unfortunate error occurred during our loan process that cost me several thousand dollars. If the appraisal review team would have properly reviewed and caught the error it would have almost certainly not cost me. I was very disappointed and likely not to refer people to pennymac in the future

Grace did a very good job and so did Mathew but the agent assisted to memessed up things and wasn't much help at all. He was rude to me and both realtors and messes up my paper work.
