I and the builder were asked for the same documents multiple times. The appraisal was not ordered when I said to order it, hence causing a delay in my closing. Then, after I verified when the appraisal was ordered, Veronica lied to me about when it was ordered. The purchase price was not changed until the day of closing even though it was told to Veronica on several occasions over several weeks both verbally and over email and cost us thousands of dollars in delays.

The communication is really bad. We wouldn't have closed on our house on time if Faiza's manager wouldn't have intervened.

The process was done fairly quickly, and we closed earlier than expected. There was some documents that was incorrect, but fixed right away so we could get them signed that same day, so there was no wait to continue with the closing process. The cash out option can be done through a wire transfer so there is no wait time for a check to come in, then wait for it to clear your bank, so instant access to you funds. All in all it makes for a faster close and faster access to your money when doing a cash out refinance.
