Better communication among your team members. One person would schedule a closing date and another person calls the next day saying it shouldn't have been scheduled or we need extra information and someone else calls and say everything is great nothing else is needed.
Excellent customer service
Anna Eng communicated very well during the process and responded quickly to our questions. She helped us navigate the process smoothly, and our loan reached the final approval stage on time for closing.
I prefer one on one not emails. And having requests for documents by 4 different people on documents that were already sent was getting annoying
I need to say somewhere that the beginning steps of the loan process were more extensive than the last, and I worked with Mike Powers more than I worked with Katherine Baker?
