Professional, knowledgeable and did everything to ensure all my questions were answered. Shalom Babalola or representative gave me weekly updates on the progress of my loan application.
The reps at pennymac were very clear on what was needed and how long things would take. They even had all the documents ready and approved before the closing date that was on our contract so we were able to close a week early! Very pleased with our experience! This is the second time we have used pennymac for our home loans (we own 2 homes) and we would highly recommend them to friends and family!

I don't feel my communications person actually knows how to process a loan and what is required to process a loan and was just reading the prompts he was given through whatever system generated task list he was given. And when I asked for escalation to get more detailed communication then I was just shuffled to to different communications people rather than getting the specific person I had asked for, which really were just more people who read prompts rather than know the actual mechanics of loan processing. very satisfy of professionals working with my loan. it was a very unique experience when you get good news that your loan is working forward and they need more documents to finish your loan. you feel so happy thank you for all your help.
