The people at PennyMac have always been very professional and friendly. I hope they all get a pat on the back for all that they do and for their great sense of humor during Covid time.

Xavier was really good at communicating all along the process. Either by phone call or email, expectations were clearly communicated to me. I very much appreciated being kept up to speed, particularly at a time when lenders are very backed up due to the demand and closings are taking longer than expected. PennyMac provided a nice, easy close to my refinance. Overall, I am happy with the results.
