No one ever returned phone calls. I provided requested information within 24 hours and yet it took almost 4 months to close this loan. The disclosure statement was not what was reflected on the closing statement. It would have been better to receive the closing statement prior to closing to review. Overall this was the most miserable business transaction I have EVER experienced.

I am very pleased about my refinance, everything went very smooth, and in a very timely fashion, actually sooner than I expected. I Ann recommending PennyMac to my family members who are considering refinancing. It was indeed a pleasurable experience.
This process has been slow. There is no incentive for going through Penny Mac to refinance. It took our loan 76 days to be funded. I have family members that refinanced with other companies and they had money in hand within 2 weeks. I do not understand what takes Penny Mac so long , especially when we were already a customer.
