There is much ambiguity on the closing, i still do not have closing documents, loan status next to the loan number on the portal shows that loan funded and closed, i want to see the CD at the final, i do not have it so far, status on the milestone show loan is not funded yet still in blue color. I like the individuals who helped me on this loan Raven Kidd and Garrett, they are great, Pennymac has to improve on their process of loan and communication.

I was kept informed on all the steps taken I was kept informed and questions where answered promptly or where relayed to the person to answer the questions and got called back within a hour

This was truly the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I would not recommend pennymac to anyone. The only bright spot was my contacts with Ben Erickson and Gary Darden who both helped get this loan finally done. I found Jacob Rodgers was very unprofessional and very hard to get a hold of, he would not return my calls for days. Refinancing a home during these times is already very stressful and not getting any communication made it even more stressful. I’m just glad it’s over.

Working with the Penny Mac Team was awesome. We encountered some issues with our well test which delayed our ability to close on time, so about three days after we had to close out our application we were able to resubmit without having to resubmit all the same paperwork. The staff was great to respond and to fix our closing date when it was cancelled in the morning and we were not notified. We called the office and they took care of getting it rescheduled for the afternoon.

Loan officer Terrence fought over my loan when I wanted nick bergh to complete my loan. Nick was great. All other parties involved in my loan were a headache to work with. And when I signed with the notary at my house my name was WRONG. I got my check and my NAME WAS WRONG. I’ve emailed Ashley tolliver with no response as I made sure to call and the day after signing and she confirmed that it had been changed. It has not. Great, my name is incorrect on my house now.
