Working with the Penny Mac Team was awesome. We encountered some issues with our well test which delayed our ability to close on time, so about three days after we had to close out our application we were able to resubmit without having to resubmit all the same paperwork. The staff was great to respond and to fix our closing date when it was cancelled in the morning and we were not notified. We called the office and they took care of getting it rescheduled for the afternoon.

I am very thankful they did not give up on me. This is the first time I refinanced online and not in person and I was very confused. I would have given up but Jason wouldn’t let me and was very persistent and helpful. I am a nurse and very busy working many different shifts and he would call and walk me through things. I am very grateful. Thank you Cindy Adkins

Your Penny Mac team needs to be either retrained or fired. I was given August as my loan documents completion date. Dec 10th was the actual signing date. I asked questions, but my questions were never answered or so vague that they were meaningless. I also wrote to your Penny Mac Public Relations. Whom never responded either.

The overall experience was great. The process was just very long and frustrating at times. It was explained to me that there are a lot of refinancing in progress hence the reason for the delays. My Loan Officer was fantastic from beginning to end. Everyone was pleasant and answered my questions to the best of their ability. I would recommend PennyMac to my friends and family.
