First closing statement was not up to date with loan balance amount. Upon request it was revised and for the same work Notary has to come twice. Secondly, The Pennymac representative was hard to reach over the phone. Phone system is very confusing and annoying. Never reached out to my loan representative over the phone in my first call. Always left a voice message. Need a lot of improvement here.

Ms. Jasmine was good, not the best but good and accurate. Penny mac Closing team took plenty of time, also the papers were delayed on many different departments. Proceeds took from beginning to end 6 complete months. We were on top on this sending requirement document with not delay under 24 hours turn around on the client end, but Penny Mac took plenty of time, days, some weeks for updates and milestones. No bonus, awards ,rate or anything positive was given for the tremendous delay.

I rate Saviz Hatem a perfect 10. He was clear and concise on his initial evaluation and still continued to support the process when I ran into multiple issues with not getting proper response. Vonnye started well but her high stress levels became evident from perhaps too much load. She made a few costly mistakes that pushed back the close by around one month. It might be a bit unfair to rate my experience from just dealing with her, because it seems that your overall system was inadequate.
