This process took entirely took long. Started the process in July and did not close until late November. Other than that, the service was good.
Was hard to get in touch with agent at times.
Not being computer savey they helped me in other ways through the process.
It was easy doing the refinance with PennyMac since I already had an existing loan. They sent a notary to my home to sign the closing papers, so that was an added plus!
The process took a little longer than it should, but they were really great at communicating and everything went really smooth.
better and more timely communication
Vonnye was great but she came in the last 3 weeks and it took 4 months and Chris and Jordan were not responsive and never had correct answer or information and also would not call back very very frustrated with the whole process to buy my house was so easy with Homestreet and not my experience with your company very sad!
