My experience was pleasant and efficient.
I rate Saviz Hatem a perfect 10. He was clear and concise on his initial evaluation and still continued to support the process when I ran into multiple issues with not getting proper response. Vonnye started well but her high stress levels became evident from perhaps too much load. She made a few costly mistakes that pushed back the close by around one month. It might be a bit unfair to rate my experience from just dealing with her, because it seems that your overall system was inadequate.
Jasmine was very responsive, helpful, and the sole reason the process went as efficiently as it did.
The whole process from beginning to end was amazing. Danyell always kept us informed of the loan process and always answered my questions with such courtesy and professionalism. She is truly an asset to PM.

Everything was fine other than I thought it was strange that after our refinance was approved, we had to send in information on how to contact our employers to make sure we were employed. The employment verification step was completed AFTER our refinance was approved and we had already submitted pay stubs and other documents. Then both of our employers mentioned they never received any calls/communications from PennyMac to actually confirm our employment? Very strange.
Both Ashley Tolliver and Teresa N. Henry were outstanding in their service and communication of the loan process. I felt that all my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. Although the loan process took a few weeks longer than anticipated they both kept us informed and advocated for a successful outcome.
Communication! I received zero unless I reached out and literally stalked the person I was trying to reach because even then I wouldn’t get a return call. One day I spent escalating to every manager possible until I finally got the right one.
Only one little hiccup and it was taken care of.
