Everything was fine other than I thought it was strange that after our refinance was approved, we had to send in information on how to contact our employers to make sure we were employed. The employment verification step was completed AFTER our refinance was approved and we had already submitted pay stubs and other documents. Then both of our employers mentioned they never received any calls/communications from PennyMac to actually confirm our employment? Very strange.
I feel that Jasmine deserve a raise in pay! She really keep me informed step by step and that is the way it happened. If I called her she answered in a timely manner. Thank you again! Thank to you PennyMac for hiring her!!!

Convenient Quick
Simplicity, only thing I would of liked was a weekly update. Went a few weeks hearing nothing. Other than that, great job!
The overall process was fine but it took longer than I had expected. Approval took long due to huge loan volume the company was handling. The closing process was disappointing, definitely needs improvement. My experience with the loan officer for loan quote and the loan specialist thereafter was great. They were prompt, clear, friendly, and professional.
I am a senior citizen not very good with modern technology but from day one (Scott Kelly) walked me through everything step by step. Also a shout out to Larry Rivers great job! far beyond what was expected by both. Thank you for all your help. My loan was process efficiently due to you...👍🏻
Even through connection issues my loan officer made sure all the information they were giving was understood and made my refinance process very easy.
