Alfred Reams is the only reason we continued with the Refinance with Pennymac. Alfred Reams answered our questions every time and got back to us in a timely manner. Mariely Delgado gave us incorrect closing information/amounts and could not explain the reason why amounts were different on the closing documents a few days later. Alfred Reams answered our questions at the end and made us feel more comfortable with the process.
The process was painless. I received updates frequently and all of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly.
