We'll informed people, closed very quickly, low rates, but closing costs were just a little high.
The phone was always answered quickly unless it was around lunch time, and if I left a message I received a call back the same day or next. It was an easy process despite some delays, but I don’t feel the delays were caused by anyone on the team helping me, so I don’t have any complaints about it.
Raven Kid was very pleasant and communicated very well. She was very patient understanding of my difficulties and understanding some of the document in question. Overall she made the experience Pleasant.
