The overall process was fine but it took longer than I had expected. Approval took long due to huge loan volume the company was handling. The closing process was disappointing, definitely needs improvement. My experience with the loan officer for loan quote and the loan specialist thereafter was great. They were prompt, clear, friendly, and professional.
