Constantly told different things by different people it felt like I never talked to the same person twice. One person would say I had everything and was all set and another person would say I was missing something. Was told that was everything multiple times only for them to come back asking for more stuff. Emails went unanswered from me, penny Mac didn’t send paperwork to the closer...the list goes on. This took forever and was awful.

The PennyMac Team was right on time with everything. Stayed in constant contact with us from beginning to end. Answered all questions and let us know what to expect at closing

I was worried that doing all the refinancing process online and on the phone was going to be difficult. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so much easier than anticipated. The loan officers I spoke with explained everything and answered all my questions , over the phone or via secure messages online. Very professional and helpful. I am very pleased with Penny Mac services.

We would like thank Linda Harris and Erik People for the key role they played in getting things turned around positively for us. At some point we lost hope that the loan will ever close. Application started June 9th and finally closed November 10. Linda Harris and Erik People were great. Please pass on our sincerely gratitude to these people. We believe they made it possible for us.

I really had no issues when they said they would call they did felt like I did have a team vs one person working on me getting me info and loan done.

If I could give negative ratings on all of the survey points, I would. This process was the most unprofessional and in efficient process I’ve ever experienced. The inefficiency and the lack of overall common courtesy that Vonnye and Pennymac showed was the reason why I gave such terrible ratings. Penny Mac should be ashamed of themselves and as well as everyone involved. If I were to do it over again I would’ve gone with someone else.
