Everyone I spoke to at PennyMac was courteous and professional. However, I had an issue with my closing documents that took time to resolve. In the interim, I received phone calls from 4 different agents, all of whom were calling to schedule closing with me when I was not ready to do so. None of these agents seemed to know about the issue with my closing document. Better internal communication would have saved me from having to explain the same thing multiple times to multiple agents.

Except for Charisse who was great the rest of the program was a disaster. Misrepresentations abound Ihsan Moosapanah was the worst In the beginning he gave me an estimate of closing costs of 8,000.00 They came out to be 21,389. One of his assistants sent me a closing document showing a much higher cost then the estimate . I called Ihsan he told me not to sign anything and he would call me back,I never heard back from him again.
