First of all seemed like too many people involved then When trying to get a hold of them was impossible when down loading information took more in a week to get a response
My refinance went smoothly.
The Loan Amount was incorrect on the Loan Disclosure Document. It would have been nice to get agreement that it was incorrect and a commitment to try and correct it. Instead what we were told was that we would get back $300 at closing, then we were told we'd get nothing at closing. When the Notary Public came out, she said we owed $102. We wrote her a check with no questions because it was not her problem. She was following the script. We got a check yesterday refunding the $102 to us.
This was a very easy process. Start to finish, everyone involved did a great job
Everything was explained throughly.
Being forthcoming that the interest rate was being bought down to put it at lower interest rate. To be prompt when replying back to a client. To update the client with an answer to a question. Finally, to get an answer, the person who answered our call sent an email with the head of the office being cc'd. Everything was taken care of promptly after that, but we may have missed out on a lower interest rate due to lack of communication.
Mariely was prompt, professional, and courteous. She was patient and thorough answering all of our questions. She kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the estimated time frame. There were absolutely no surprises at settlement. She did an excellent job.
