She is very prompt in updating us the status of our loan application as it progressed from start to finish. Ms Blen Alemu always make sure to call us back whenever we have questions during the loan application process. I highly recommend Pennymac for any home refinancing application.
My refinance went smoothly.
The Loan Amount was incorrect on the Loan Disclosure Document. It would have been nice to get agreement that it was incorrect and a commitment to try and correct it. Instead what we were told was that we would get back $300 at closing, then we were told we'd get nothing at closing. When the Notary Public came out, she said we owed $102. We wrote her a check with no questions because it was not her problem. She was following the script. We got a check yesterday refunding the $102 to us.
Everything was explained throughly.
