Very easy, simple process - and everyone was very understanding and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands.

I am very unhappy with this entire process. Extreme lack of communication. Days of no communication. Emails not answered. Employees phones shut off/not being answered. Overall my loan closed because I did all of the work. I am super unsatisfied with the fact that i paid over $3000 for PennyMac to process the loan app and still had to do all of the work myself. This is unsatisfactory in my eyes and I should be contacted regarding this horrible service experience.
PennyMac is a great company that makes home mortgage very easy. I would have refinanced just to have PennyMac servicing.
Charisse is a wonderful human being. She is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and empowering. I'd work with her again and again. Thank you to Charisse and all the PennyMac folks that helped me get this loan approved. It was a very easy process.
