PennyMac loan service was a great experience
The process was very easy, and when we needed help it was quickly given.

The entire team was fabulous and Clarita was very good at her job as my direct contact. She should most definitely be promoted to the next level.
Overall wonderful experience
Jericha Kane was outstanding from the start of the loan process though loan closing. She communicated effectively with me while answering all my questions within 24 hours or less. As a result, my overall PennyMac loan experience was fantastic. In addition, the PennyMac loan portal for signing loan documentation is well designed and easy to navigate
The team at PennyMac helped my refinance go quickly and were able to answer any questions I had. I would recommend them

Nobody was available during closing to answer our questions. Royal, our loan officer, was condescending and rude in emails when we asked for some clarifying information. I will not use penny Mac in the future nor would I recommend it. We felt Royal pressured us for a timeline and blamed us for a time constraint when he was unavailable and didn’t provide the requested information. We would prefer an apology for the horrific service.
