Communication is vital and there was more than one occasion that it was difficult. Messages were not returned and attempts to speak to any other individual led to the same voicemail box over and over again. It also would seem that folks were not familiar with the VA loan process and we went back and forth between cleared for closing and not. Not until a call to a supervisor did we get it sorted out.

It was very easy to get ahold of someone to talk to, and if I left a message the call was returned promptly. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgable. I am glad that PennyMac is keeping my loan!

I had an awesome experience with my Refi through PennyMac. My original mortgage with PennyMac was in good standing, just wanted to take advantage of the lower rates. PennyMac was prompt and accurate through the whole process.

Better communication. Quicker and more efficient process to find out cash to close. Didn’t find out exact amount until the day of closing which is unacceptable. Closed much later than expected. Monique never had any information.
