Great experience! Helpful whenever I had questions and quick responses..The overall experience was good, however the communication between the company can use some help..was told no September payment and I keep getting late notices for September..hopefully that part of the company improves but the loan process was quick and easy and especially during a pandemic..

Mairann from Pennymac was amazing! She was very clear, forthcoming and well versed in everything start to finish with our closing. She was also available to chat whenever we had questions and called every week to ensure things were on track and to give updates on our process. Amazing experience!

Process was faster than expected. All paperwork requirements were communicated up front and no additional requirements were added later.

There were two versions of the same form at closing. One told me I needed to bring $520 to closing, the other said $585. It was not a big deal to me, but I could see others upset about it. Everything is very convenient and questions were answered promptly!
