Great experience.
Our interactions with Marcia were always very pleasant, she was always very helpful and responsive. Any time we had a question, she was available to address those questions and concerns. We were very pleased with her help and her professionalism.
Never felt valued as a customer. Never felt like my opinion mattered.
The whole process took ALL of 3 months to complete. I was extremely patient. Barbara Fernandez was the only person that managed to get the process to come to a closing. Before talking with her, I was required to get bank documents that only come out at the end of the month. That was the last thing that happened at the end of the second month. I believe the first representative was new and that ended the first month poorly. Barbara Fernandez was god sent. I wanted to see if my bank could help.
