Jericha was great. She kept us informed weekly on the progress of our refi. She was very professional and down to earth and was a pleasure to work with. Please thank her for us on a job well done.
Good communication
The loan officer set up a closing time, I confirmed and she never confirmed back. I arranged to meet the attorney who showed up without documents and closing was once again delayed due to poor communication. I then had rearrange my schedule AGAIN to meet with the attorney
Overall the process went pretty smooth. The loan application / approval process was quick and informative. The online system was easy to use. I received good communication throughout. I was a little surprised that I wasn’t offered a choice in Title Company, as that caused a few day delay and is no longer local for me, but otherwise my experience throughout the process was great.

The whole process only took about a month which was a month sooner than expected. That was great for me and the whole process was flawless.
