I had 72 hours to speak with someone about my loan. I called at least eight times and left messages, no call back. I spoke with someone and they assured me that they were getting me in touch with my loan specialist. It never happened. I am highly upset about that. If someone want to contact me now my phone number is 706-464-4160. My name is Gerald. I am highly upset and I think this is totally unsatisfactory that no one contact me in a timely manner.

Getting me all the paperwork to me to sign the first time. Having the online e sign go smoothly to be able to sign and email back in. Marcus Wiiggins was great to work with.

Barbara was great - a few times it took her a while to get back to me, but I understand there are many people trying to refinance. The Title Company was ridiculous. My closing was rescheduled at least 5 times, maybe 6. They didn't come when they were supposed to be here, once they came later than scheduled - and at 8:30 on a Saturday night, I had no way to obtain secure funds. If it weren't for Barbara's patience and perseverance, I would not have completed the process.

Penny Mac was a great service. It took a little while to have a solid communication with the loan officer but the closing officer was perfect! Thank you Ronsha!
