Everyone was so nice and helpful
My packet was dropped twice. l also has an issue with a 3rd party that Pennymac couldn’t bypass even with proof of payment, which drawn out the approval process.

There was a document that my spouse needed to sign a document because she was a non borrowering spouse. There was an issue with getting it done. Made 4 to 5 phone calls. After 3 days PennyMac decided to have her sign it at closing.
Overall great experience.
I had a wonderful experience and couldn't be happier with all of the results.
Process took longer than expected. Several times I requested the amount of closing cost as well as what my refinanced monthly would be. Did not find out until week of closing (after several months of asking)
