Better communication. I had to constantly call to get updates even after I was told that someone would call me on a certain day with the update. Also for closing my original appt had to be rescheduled because no one on your team sent the closing documents to the notary. He obviously rescheduled which was a huge inconvenience for me since I had already taken time off work to close and then had to go in again just to request more time off so I could be there a second time to sign closing docs.

We have been a customer for over 5 years and went to refinance. They were informative, professional, and very helpful. The whole process was about 1 hour and we were able to close in 2 weeks! I am very pleased with this mortgage company.
The loan officer was professional, courteous and very helpful, then his assistant Kristina entered the picture. She was positioned between me and the loan officer. She contacted me with outdated information, asking for documents and asking questions that had already been discussed and answered. Even after repeated requests by me that she not contact me or be involved with my loan, she continued to be involved adding frustration and unneeded stress to the loan process.
My home loan specialist changed four times. The last person that was my home loan specialist was not very clear seem like she didn’t know what she was really talking about she gave me several different dates for things and none of them were accurate she said she email me documents that I never got and then she realize she never sent then we went rounds on that. She said she set up my closing date for a certain date that date came person never showed up my house to do closing paperwork.
