The overall process was easier than the original purchase of my home. I expressed my concerns & goals to the loan officers. He gave me viable options, I selected one and the rest was history. My loan processing agent did the rest. Ms. Wiggins was my point of contact and the 'face' of PennyMac. Everyone was so nice and helpful
The initial notary didn’t show and I was unable to get ahold of anyone at PennyMac. The phone line wasn’t working.
There was a document that my spouse needed to sign a document because she was a non borrowering spouse. There was an issue with getting it done. Made 4 to 5 phone calls. After 3 days PennyMac decided to have her sign it at closing.
Overall great experience.
