The only issues I had involved multiple closing disclosures that kept changing even the day of closing and no reason why. Andrea didn’t answer questions well, she is difficult to understand, and needs to be coached about taking ownership of the process as the face of pennymac to the customer. Listen to her calls you will see what I mean.

The overall process was easier than the original purchase of my home. I expressed my concerns & goals to the loan officers. He gave me viable options, I selected one and the rest was history. My loan processing agent did the rest. Ms. Wiggins was my point of contact and the 'face' of PennyMac. She represented her company well by; always having or finding the answers and returning communications within a few hours. She supported me through the entire process and was top notch. The initial notary didn’t show and I was unable to get ahold of anyone at PennyMac. The phone line wasn’t working.
