Better communication. I had to constantly call to get updates even after I was told that someone would call me on a certain day with the update. Also for closing my original appt had to be rescheduled because no one on your team sent the closing documents to the notary. He obviously rescheduled which was a huge inconvenience for me since I had already taken time off work to close and then had to go in again just to request more time off so I could be there a second time to sign closing docs.
PennyMac made this an easy process from start to finish and very professional. All questions we had on the process were clearly explained in a timely manner.
