All parties involved were friendly and very informative throughout the process. We were able to close sooner than we expected but it did not change when our first payment was due. The extra savings was truly appreciated during this time.

Marcia was great. Responsive, explained things when I had questions, and stayed in touch weekly. I did have questions about the (way too high) fees to just reduce my interest rate. I have been a customer a long time, and I thought it wood be easier to just reduce the rate for me, instead of treating it as a completely new loan from an completely new person. Marcia was great, she deserves high praise, but the whomever she sent the messages to about my concerns never got back to me.

Better communication. I had to constantly call to get updates even after I was told that someone would call me on a certain day with the update. Also for closing my original appt had to be rescheduled because no one on your team sent the closing documents to the notary. He obviously rescheduled which was a huge inconvenience for me since I had already taken time off work to close and then had to go in again just to request more time off so I could be there a second time to sign closing docs.

I do realize that your company is very busy due to the extremely low interest rates, and have taken that into consideration throughout my ordeal. My experience was that whenever there was a problem, there was radio silence from my loan processor--not just Pache but also Nicholas. My calls and emails were not returned as they should be--and if they were, they were certainly not timely. It took 5 months to close what was supposed to be "the easiest type of refi" possible.
