Everything went smooth just as I wad told.
Easy refi process. The only frustrating aspect was talking to 6 different people. Other than that it was smooth and convenient!

The MAC Team was excellent and although everyone was working from home, I was always kept informed and updated about my loan process.
Took too long to close and it felt like one office wasn't communicating with the other
