When calling the number I would never get in touch with someone . Always a call back and calling the number was a dead end

Nichole was the only bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience. Underwriting process was the worst in my 30 years of being a property owner/real estate professional. I've done countless loans and refinances and this was the longest and most drawn out ever. Thumbs down.

Loan terms were exactly as quoted. Service & communication was fantastic. The overall process did take much longer than would be expected, but understand the tremendous demand on loans at this time.

I thought the closing cost were too high but I was glad to get a lower interest rate and a lower payment.

Better communication from the company. Jenny the processor did what she could do for me. My first closing date was canceled and no one called me or sent me a email me to inform of this. Jenny was out sick so I don’t blame her for the lack of communication. I called management and left a message with concern about the lack of communication and no one returned my call.

I must say everything went smoothly as far as the process. But the time frame in which our questions got answered took longer than I believe a normal time frame. And the fact we had to continue to send current paystubs was somewhat annoying. I believe however it was not do to the agents fault but probably due to the fact of the high volume of refinancing.
