Brent was fantastic from start to finish. He called and checked in quite a bit to let us know everything was progressing. It did take quite a bit longer than I anticipated, but Brent informed me that refinance applications were coming in faster than anyone could process. The only other thing that I missed somehow in communication was that I asked for $10,000 cash out, but I only received $8800 and change. My misunderstanding - no fault of Brent's. :) I am glad that I chose to stay with Pennymac!

Communication from Molly Christmas was good and accurate but other details involving the closing process could have definitely been better. Communication from representative did not call or communicate that they were not going to make the 5pm meeting as requested. At 815pm that night another representative showed up at my door expecting to sign documents. Unacceptable! Molly was very apologetic for others actions.

The process was very quick and simple. I received multiple requests for documents that were not required (not by fault of the loan officer). I believe this was a blanket email request and was quite confusing which caused me to locate and send unnecessary forms. Hopefully this bug is worked out. Other than that, the process could not have been more easy.

Entire process was coordinated electronically at an overseas location. Expectations weren't clear for closing and presented some issues during the first attempt.
