This process was fairly quick and painless and the closing was at our home which was great.
Other than Erika, the process bordered on ridiculous. The whole process took just about 4 months - and if I hadn't sent in several emails asking "what the $#&% is going on?", I'm not sure it would ever have happened. The frustrating part was that my existing loan was with PennyMac and has been for the past 9 years or so. On the positive side, Erika was very professional and I honestly think she started feeling sorry for me towards the end since it was taking so long.
Communication was not great while the application was being processed but once approved things were smooth and quick. Thank you
I loved the overall rates and process of the loan. Communication could be better and explanation can improve a little better. Overall I enjoyed working with everyone.
