We had a lot of problems with our Mac Team until management assigned Maxwell Mitchell to take over our account. Everything went smoothly from there... there was many a time we were ready to dump the loan and seek it elsewhere. At the conclusion of our loan we found that we could have gotten it from rocket loans at 2.15% final rate without paying pts. due to dropping rates, but the delays and duplicate requests from the mac team cost time and money and a rate of 2.75% with pennymac.

Appraisal process dragged on for 11 weeks and there seemed to be nothing that could be done. communication lacked as to what the hold up was.

Brittany was very prompt with responding. Communication of the entire process was unclear, and we had to reach out multiple times for clarity regarding certain details. Yet, I do understand it has been very busy with high cases of individuals refinancing at this time. Overall, we are satisfied

The process was good at the beginning and end, and very unpleasant in the middle. It took longer than expected to close. There were (long) periods where no additional documentation was requested from us, and we were just "in queue" waiting for Pennymac to review everything. We got a new loan officer near the end of the process, and things only started moving after she got involved. Thank you, Ajanay!

We started this process in August at the beginning of August the person I had to communicate with was not very good at all returning phone calls or emails he asked for the same documents over and over again he was a poor customer service rep the second one I had she was wonderful we were given a closing date in September that was cancelled we were given one in October that was canceled finally we just closed in December after 5 months.
