The loan officer Mr. Nicholas Guerrero was plesant, polite and very much helpful when I had questions. He returned my phone calls when I left a message in a timely manner.
It took a long, long time and the same documents got asked of me like 3-5x
The entire process was easy. The people I worked with were there for every question and every step of the way. It was the Best experience I could have expected. And we closed before time. Just Awesome!

Cheree did a fine job, she was empathetic with me about the stupid amount of time it was taking. The issues were out of her control. Your company overall is awful in loan origination. Took 5 months to refinance a FHA loan. I feel dumb for letting them drag me on like that. The closing/underwriting team took months in the "final" steps. So I kept hanging on thinking it was close to being done. I'll be moving my two mortgages away from pennymac as soon as possible.
I had a great experience I had lots of questions. I was treated with respect and staff walked me through the entire process. I felt confident in my decision in selecting PennyMac and the MacTeam. 🙂
Jason always responded to my email inquiries within a few hours during the entire refinancing loan process. However, my experience with my loan officer wasn't that impressive. She usually didn't respond to my email inquiries and I had to reach out to Jason for the answers. Jason is a true professional!
