Nick was great in his job. The rest of the process and lack of communication with others was horrible and very lacking. Nick did all he could. It finally all worked out in the end. I am unsure about this company now.

I had a frustrating experience with a deferent company. From the beginning, Penny Mac gave the complete opposite experience. The loan officer stayed on the phone with me to give me the best competitive rate and was able to start the process that night. Within a few days I heard from Theresa, and she walked me through the process, what to expect, and an estimated time frame (which was pretty accurate). I previously tried to refinance with another company prior to this and it was a nightmare. They asked me for a million things "more then once" and didn't even get to close. PennyMac made it happen and Jasymyne Rodgers was great. Always responded to my emails and calls in a timely manner.
