Kyle McTighe did a great job keeping us posted on the status of the application. We have gone through the loan/refi process a number of times over the past 25 years and I do have to say, this was by far the easiest. What was great was that this process didn't create any stress on us.

I started this process end of June. It is now Dec and I just closed. This was an extremely stressful process and being pregnant as a first time mom during this did not help. We ended up spending 1,000 of extra dollars to make our mortgage go back to what we originally closed at when we bought the house. Max was great though. He was very helpful and understood my frustrations. As I have made known and stated. I would not recommend pennymac.

Process was straight forward and well communicated. They called atleast once per week to let me know status. Closing was within 1 week of the date stated at initial application. Staff was pleasant to talk to and made the process easy. This is my second loan with PennyMac

The whole process took more than 4 months. While the service I got from individuals was excellent, it took far too long for the process to get completed in my opinion.
