this was a quick, simple and easy process for refinancing my loan.
It was seemless
Everything went smoother than expected. My only frustration was that no one could tell me how much I needed to make the cashiers check out for. This is not something that can be done last minute these days with banks being closed and appointment only. So it was a mad scramble to try and run to the bank between working and our closer arriving.
Process was straight forward and well communicated. They called atleast once per week to let me know status. Closing was within 1 week of the date stated at initial application. Staff was pleasant to talk to and made the process easy. This is my second loan with PennyMac
There was miscommunication with the appraisal which pushed our timeline way back. I'm not pleased with having to pay for an appraisal that was waved to begin with without any communication.
