Jazmyne was right there to answer any questions we had . The closing took longer than I thought would , but this is 2020 nothing gets done fast this year

Nothing in Kelly’s control, everything she did and handled was great. But the overall loan refinance took almost 3 months from initiating the request 8/26 to final close 11/19. That was 3 times as long as normal refinancing.
