Easy process and great customer service
Very good experience, would not say great, Earl an Laurin were excellent to work with. They answered questions and explained the process very well. Overall the process could have been more timely. As we were already PennyMac customers this didn’t seem to be taken into consideration for the approval process. Document request could be improved, at one instance we were not aware of document request in the queue awaiting our action, thus delay? The closing process went very well.
Be truthful upfront on how long it takes to close the loan.
Very slow, and not very responsive or communicative.
Just the length of time it took is more than reasonable, otherwise it was fantastic experience.
All in all every thing went good Brent was very good at his job. Thank you Brent.
The refinancing process was easy and painless.
Regina Lal has been great to work with during the application and approval process. Notwithstanding our loan took 3.5 months to close, Regina’s prompt and complete answers to our questions were very important to our successful refinance. If not for her, we might not have had the patience to wait for the extended loan approval process to come up a successful close. Thanks Regina!
The emails for document requests were not clear. Some of the emails did not require any document request, but the message would still say a document is needed. The text of each email should be customized to the purpose of the email.
