Clearer communication on the process, sticking to timelines, and faster more efficient processing (repeating random doc requests and long delays in processing) was extremely frustrating. Access to communication was inefficient and prolonged without direct conversation without delays through the poor system for useless automated responses (in place of real conversation - which were also delayed.).
I felt as though I was mislead with the amount to closing that was needed and it took several attempts to get something that was even remotely close to what I asked for. The closing had to be rescheduled due to inaccurate paperwork and once I signed, even though I emailed with questions, I never heard back from anyone.
At the beginning there was not much communicated but as the date got closer, everything was great.

I would have given a better review but my application fell between the cracks and should have closed 2 weeks sooner. I reached out a few times and it took quite a while for someone to answer me.
