I had to email multiple times to see where the loan process was at, an online loan process tracker would be nice. Think along the lines of dominoes pizza tracker only for a loan that’s hundreds of thousands instead of a ten buck pizza.
To be able to speak to a human. The portal experience and the confusing emails. I was an existing customer with a history with your company. I would assume you would like repeat business. I’m sure no one will read this or give it a second thought, but your customer service is terrible !
The process took 4 months to complete. It was hard to hear all the employees over the phone I assume it was due to teleworking conditions. At first we were in constant communication but as time went on communication became less and less. We were supposed to get a cell from pennymac a day before we closed to let us know the amount due at closing but never received that call. I also asked two different representatives about when we will get a refund for the mortgage payment made in November but
