Great love that almost all was via email and phone, that’s what I like along with there great customer service from everyone. Very satisfied with the whole process, specifically Jazmyne Rogers very good at what she does of which make no pressure means a lot, thank you everyone

Molly was great. She always called back even if it was a day later. Confusion was she was giving us directions and we received packets with no direction from Jake the loan officer which were different. He never responded to our calls. We thought since we already had a penny Mac loan it would be a breeze to refinance. No! Also loan officer never disclosed upfront that the rate he quoted verbally had points involved. It wasn’t until we were well into a 2 hr verbal application we were informed.
The process took 4 months to complete. It was hard to hear all the employees over the phone I assume it was due to teleworking conditions. At first we were in constant communication but as time went on communication became less and less. We were supposed to get a cell from pennymac a day before we closed to let us know the amount due at closing but never received that call. I also asked two different representatives about when we will get a refund for the mortgage payment made in November but
The PennyMAC team was responsive to answer our questions throughout the entire process.
