It was very difficult to communicate with Michael and his team. My phone calls were never answered directly and often not at all; likewise with emails, which only received a standard answer. I would have appreciated regular (e.g weekly) updates on the progress of the refinancing. In the end, I got a good rate and the final closing went smoothly
Got lower monthly payments due to lower rates
This refi process was so easy from start to finish. Everything was done electronically and the closing documents were brought to our house for signing. It was a very convenient process.
