Compared to other mortgage financing experiences this seemed painless . Everything seemed to go smooth and on time or less time. So far I am very pleased with penny mac.

My perception is that Raveena did a great job...my perception is that it took longer than it should have for her to get clarifications that I requested.

To be able to speak to a human. The portal experience and the confusing emails. I was an existing customer with a history with your company. I would assume you would like repeat business. I’m sure no one will read this or give it a second thought, but your customer service is terrible !

Sirrena was AMAZING!!! She was great at communicating and went above and beyond. I was not pleased with everyone involved, but Sirrena made up for how much the others lacked.

The communication from all PennyMac reps were 5 stars! We closed in record time and were satisfied with all elements. Brent did say I should advise all re-fi clients so they are as ready to go as we were! Thanks, Brent!!

I had a much better experience when I refinanced for a lower rate before. I was expecting my Loan Officer to contact me/us a few days before the closing date to go over the final documentations and what to expect during the closing. But I heard nothing. When I tried to contact the Loan Officer, I was told that he would be out of the office for another 2 weeks and possibly would not return to PennyMac. The questions I had did not get answered. Promised refunds not received.
